HR Manager (Sales)

Currently we are working on urgent position of HR Manager (Sales) for the leading FMCG company for the location of Noida.

Job Details:

Company – Leading FMCG Industry.

Designation: HR MANAGER (Sales)

Directly reports to: Zonal Head

Job Responsibilty :

1. To recruit , select and run assessment centers for the Sales force

2. To source MDs from identified sources.

3. To work closely with the capability teams to train the MDs and increase their skill levels to a point where assessment centers can be held for MDs to source requirements of Sales Executives.

4. To administer all policies, welfare, motivation scheme and incentives for Sales Team Leaders, Market Development Officers and Market Developers.

5. To execute all designed programs targeted towards the front line

6. To execute the PMS designed for the front line.

7. To set objectives and KRAs, determine deliverables; draw out action plans, mid year reviews, final reviews and feedback sessions, consolidation of the performance ratings and determination of the incentive payout.
