About our Client - Decathlon is a large and successful French sports Multi National Corporation(MNC) that currently has operations in over 26 countries with 600 retail stores with 6 billion of revenue yearly. Decathlon is part of the Oxylane Group - a network of companies with a multitude of brands that share a common purpose:

- Making the pleasure and benefits of sports accessible to all'. With aggressive growth plans in the India market, they are now looking for an HR Generalist to add to their team based in Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Policy formation and policy implementation for the entire organization - corporate offices and retail stores

- Entire employee life cycle management from manpower plans, hiring, performance management to exits

- Managing all labor laws for the organization including employee contracts, to exit policies

- Managing internal unions with field employees

- Framing compensation framework, benchmarking surveys and designing incentive schemes

- Structuring job grades, job evaluation and career pathing

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 4-7 years of experience in HR policy, employee data management and thorough exposure to labor laws including internal union management. No Industrial Relations experience is required for the role. Candidates from a retail / public sector background are desirable. Educational background - Masters in Labor Studies is desirable. We are looking to hire a young, dynamic candidate, eager to learn and with the potential to grow with the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills required for the role.
