Position : HR Manager - Front-line recruitment
Role Description :
- As a retail business, it is one of the growth pillar roles for the organization. The key to business expansion is having the right pipeline of people so that the business can achieve the growth goals.
- The role would need to work closely with all the functions - Sales, Expansion, Supply chain & marketing to ensure that the visibility of business requirements is available.
- The candidate will need to set up sourcing channels (Consultants, Online, Colleges, referrals, inhouse processes, etc), identify and design mechanisms of people assessment, track & deliver fulfilment of all frontline requirements as per business needs.
- Also, the candidate will need to benchmark best practices in other businesses of similar nature in order to always be the most loved brand in the industry.

3. Good network of sourcing channels
4. Go-getter attitude
Experience required :
- 3-5 years of experience in frontline hiring in retail industry.
Background :
- MBA (MBA from a tier 1 institute).
