- Responsible for sourcing internal and external hiring through different channels & tools. bulk hiring, campus hiring.
- Conduct initial prescreening of candidates.

- Schedule One on One interviews with hiring manager
- Prepare offer letter and initiate background checks
- Create on-boarding pack and employee profile on ERP
- Maintaining SLAs and generating relevant reports
- Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
- Oversee all the communication between the organization's hiring managers/recruiters and candidates. Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.
