Job Description:

1) Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

- Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce

2) Employee Engagement and Relations:

- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance. Manage all Employee Communications

3) Training and Development:

- Establish and lead implementation of employee training and development programs.

4) Compensation and Benefits:

- Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee bonuses and raises.


- Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staff.


- Manages Employee Database Management.


- Manage and maintain Employee Leave and Attendance.

5) Ensuring HR compliance with ISO and CMMi processes, and Statutory Requirements:

- Prepare and maintain necessary data for HR compliance with statutory laws, CMMi and ISO.


- Serve as the primary contact with HR vendors HR Policy Formulation and Maintenance: Formulate and implement all HR policies.

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience should have handled all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Attendance and Leave, Appraisals, and Exit.

- Capable of handling all aspects of HR without supervision

- Provide advice to senior management on HR related issues

- Ability to establish and maintain good relationship with managers and employees.

- Foster team spirit between employees

- Ability to work under pressure and strict time limits

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity

- Complex problem resolution and general management expertise

- Excellent command over written and spoken English

- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice/Open Office suite

Desirable Attributes:

- Prior experience of working in an IT company

- Experience of using Social Network media as a Recruitment Tool desirable

- Experience of working in an ISO/CMMi certified company will be an added advantage

Location: Bangalore ONLY

Qualifications: Degree from reputed university- Master's degree/MBA in HR-

Job Type: Permanent

Experience: 2+ years in a HR Generalist role preferably in an IT Company

Compensation: In line with industry standards
