Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment and drive employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you will lead strategies to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive company culture, and foster employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and social media platforms to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with team goals.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet organizational requirements.
- Oversee the offer letter preparation, salary negotiations, and final hiring process.
- Implement efficient onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs that align with company values and objectives.
- Create and maintain regular communication channels to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and connected with the companys goals.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and events that foster a positive work culture.
- Collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to understand employee needs and concerns.
- Analyze employee feedback and propose initiatives to improve job satisfaction, morale, and retention rates.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee recognition and rewards.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment processes and employee engagement programs comply with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration HR , or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, employee retention strategies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in managing a diverse workforce and working in a fast-growing organization.
