A Oman based company setting up Indian operations in India in business of ups inverters , power electronics and energy renewables business.
Job Profile:
A Generalist Profile, where the concern person will be handling HR Operation & Admin at the Head Office. Will be responsible for;
a. Sourcing the right candidates through various means such as job portals, consultants, references and internal database.
b. Scrutinizing resumes, Initial screening & forwarding for final round of interviews with respective HOD’s.
c. Implementation of HR Policies and best practices.
d. Co-ordination with the plant for various activities.
e. Handling of joining formalities like preparation of offer & appointment letters, induction programs, Entry in the payroll.
f. Liasioning with various government offices and maintaining relationship.
g. Shall be coordinating with the Plant for New joinee documents and other activities.
h. Maintaining Personnel Files related to employees.
i. Shall maintain different types of records such as Leave, LTA, and Medical.
j. Payroll processing.
General Administration Activities:

Desired Profile:
- Masters degree in HR (fulltime)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience from any UPS Inverter & power electronic industry
- Written and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Co-ordination skills.
