The position responsibility would be as following:

- PMS

- Employee Incentive (To review the CTC structure for employees governed under QIP)

- Employee Discipline

- PCMM

- Preparing of Annual Goal Sheet

- To ensure Audit of Goal Sheet

- Annual Appraisal
