HR Manager - Plant - Healthcare

Collaborate with HR Head & Pune Plant Head to develop, implement and execute HR plans

Scope of Work/ Responsibilities:

Budget (Employee Driven Cost of Pune Plant)

- Manage costs to ensure it is within budgets and seek opportunity for cost saving solutions.

Talent Management

Partnering with the Corporate HR team to drive the process of talent management at Pune Plant through recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, learning & development

Labour Relations

- Formulate fair and equitable processes and guidelines on employee counselling and discipline.

- Handle all employee disciplinary and grievance matters

- Train line managers and supervisors on the proper counselling and disciplinary techniques.

Statutory & Legal Compliances

- To maintain appropriate documentation of all compliance activities.

- Conducting a human resources audit to determine compliance and areas for improvement.

- Developing or updating policies to ensure compliance with legislation

Contract Labour Management

- Effective administration of Contract Labour in accordance with Contract Labour Act to ensure smooth running of business at Pune Plant

Communication

- Ensure a variety of communication tools and mechanisms are in place to ensure that employees are well informed and have the opportunity for feedback. .

Recognition

- Implement and promote local programs to encourage a culture of high performance and reinforcing the company values.

- Provide programs that encourage more ownership of recognition with the line manager.

Employee Welfare & Engagement Activities

- Lead and manage various employee welfare and engagement activities to enhance teamwork and employee morale.

Administration

- Lead & manage the administration & security function of Pune plant.

Occupational Safety & Health administration

- Coordinate the necessary activities around it
