Qualification: Full time MBA ( Premiere Institute, Batch (2008- 2010))

Experience: 3 - 5 years post qualification

Geographical Diversity: National

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- Responsible for engaging with employees across levels and functions with a view to drive HR agenda and understand the pulse.

- Responsible for driving performance management and a meritocratic culture.

- Identifying and fixing concern areas where HR interventions can help business perform better.

- Resolving employee issues and maintaining MIS.
