Manager HR Performance & Development
Brief Role is as follows :
Responsible for the design and implementation of performance management, employee engagement interventions, cadre building programs and any OD projects identified for the organization from time to time
Detail role:
- Drive effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead and manage the global employee engagement survey - design, roll out, action planning
- Lead and manage the Company's Management Trainee Program
- Identify and roll out different OD interventions that would have a high impact in driving Organization culture and performance
- A blend of Learning & OD experience is a must
Required skill sets:
- Exposure to Performance Management, Engagement and Cadre building programs
- Design and facilitation experience with junior - mid level employees
- Prior Business partnering experience is desirable
- Ability to come up with well thought through and practical solutions
- Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups
- Open to learning and flexible to adapt one's approach
- Speed of execution and drive for results
Qualifications: Full time MBA - HR/Industrial Relations
Full time MBA HR 2011- 2013 batches XLRI/TISS/SCHMRD/SIBM/MDI/FMS/NMIMS/IMT/SP Jain/IMI with 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource in Learning & OD experience is a must at Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company/ Consulting Firms.
Location: Mumbai
Comp range: upto 20 lacs
