Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design, execute, and oversee the outplacement initiative, aligning it with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Responsible for growing Outplacement Services Offerings across diverse industries.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, HR teams, and external partners to improve program effectiveness and resources for employees.
- Oversee the delivery of outplacement services, including career counseling, resume writing, job search assistance and skill upgradation.
- Communicate program details clearly to clients and employees, navigating career transitions, offering guidance, understanding and assistance throughout.
- Tailor outplacement offerings to suit each individual's unique requirements, considering their positions, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Monitor the efficacy of the program, gather employee feedback, and analyze data to continually enhance the outplacement initiative.
Qualification:
- At least 10 yrs experience in outplacement services, career counseling, or HR roles.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools, HR software and job search platforms.
- Excellent business development and project management skills.
- Masters degree in Human resources/ Psychology/ Business Administration or related field.
