We have an urgent opening for the role of Manager HR Organisational Development and Learning and Development with a leading IT firm.
Looking for minimum of 4+ years- experience in a Human Resources function, with at least 6 years in Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Talent Development/Management or Learning & Development.
Job role:
- Research, develop, maintain and deliver employee training and development systems consistent with organizational priorities. Collaborate with leadership to assure training content supports long range organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of a culture that attracts and retains a talented, engaged and high-performing workforce.
- Research, develop, maintain, support and train on a career development program aligned with organizational goals.
Planning and designing OD interventions for specific business and behavioral outcomes. Candidate engagement, role induction. A framework to reward the right organizational citizenship behavior
Change Management project on aligning the HR systems, processes and people of a firm.
- Facilitate and deliver management skills training with specific emphasis on enhancing the skill sets of current supervisory and management personnel with a specific focus on employee engagement and retention.
