- Responsible for entire gamut of Capability Building & Talent Management.
- Creating a road map for capability building for the organization based on the Organizational needs
- Creation of functional capability building modules based on focus group discussions with respective HOD's.
- Compilation of TNI through various sources - appraisals, Development/ Selection centers, feedback through specific training etc.
- Closely working with central capability building team for compliance of behavioral trainings & synergy.
- Creating special function specific modules based on function/ business needs & sourcing faculties for the same.
- Tracking the compliance to training calendar, training budget vs actual,training MIS etc & take corrective action to meet targets.
- Manage the gamut of campus recruits throughout the life cycle for GET, PGET, DET & Sales Trainees
- Management of technical projects & summers internships.
- Contribute in other strategic HR initiatives like change management, competency mapping & assessment etc.
- Responsible for driving talent management initiatives for developing leadership pipeline
- Responsible for developing interventions based on IDPs for the target population in the division
- Work closely with business to identify people issues and suggest HR solutions for the same
- Support and guide the respective HRBPs in implementing change management initiatives
- BE+MBA in HR from premier institute. Any certification in OD will be an added advantage
- 4 to 8 years experience in a reputable organization known for its HR practices
