- Diagnose organizational requirements
- Development of Competency model for Competency-Based Interview mechanism across the organization.
- Manage the change in systems, processes, practices using change management practices and principles.
- Conceptualize and drive global OD initiatives through a well-thought-through plan.
- Institutionalizing & executing engagement surveys and working with the business leaders to analyze the results, cascade survey findings, action plan creation
- Assess, track and communicate progress, obstacles, and challenges to all key stakeholders.
- To monitor the corporate culture evolution on a regular basis
- Create and conduct surveys to assess the needs and effectiveness of different Organizational programs. Needs to be aware of the innovative training methodologies & best practices to enable capability development and competitive edge.
