Manager HR Operations

- Implementing and improvising the appraisal system.

- Recruitment.

- Employee engagement activities.

- Employee grievance handling and management.

- Interacting with HR at the client side(USA) for billable resource management.

- Minimal activities of the travel desk.(4-5 times in a year)

- Leave status maintenance

- Interacting with clients (USA) for feedback of the project releases to gauge the performance of employees.

- Good inter personnel skills with employees is a big must.

Essentials:

- At least 7 years of work experience in HR, preferably in an IT set up

- Strong understanding of HR Operations

- Good understanding of business operations in an international environment

- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

- Should have handled a team

- MBA in HR
