Responsibilities & duties
Compensation and Benefits Administration
To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth, efficient and error free payroll operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments) etc.
Responsible to ensure system driven on time salary processing through Bank a/c
Monitor payroll process and alert if any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
Ensure all validation of payroll process and certify before sending for payment.
Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits. Periodic compensation surveys.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and guidance on planning increment/compensation enhancement
Statutory Compliance Monitoring
Ensure and supervise labour law compliance's like ESI and PF benefits, minimum wages, Shop and establishment. Act and Contract Labour Act etc. are met.
Liaison with statutory bodies under labour Laws for registration, licenses, renewals etc.
Conduct Statutory Audits Provide necessary guidance and updates related to various labour law amendments/ notification etc. to clients and team members.
Interface with consultant and clients as & when required
To assist in handling all local labour tribunal cases
Ensure timely statutory payouts to avoid panel interest
Employee Relations & Engagement
To sense and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report progress to the Head HR
To foster a conducive working environment through employee relation activities and communication
To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments/staffs
Conducting Employee Fun activities/ Sports & Games Activities /Sending Birthday Mailers
Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System
Ensure error free ERP system and review, upgrade and implementation from time to time
Monitor timely update of personnel records and information's (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
In ERP maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hirings, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Ensure all required informations and reports are readily available in ERP for the management at any given point of time
System and Process Implementation & General HR Administration.
Develop, create standard HR process, policies and practices ; update from time to time
Implement and execute HR process, polices, practices towards end result
Develop team review mechanism; establish performance culture and Institutionalise periodical review Monitor Day to day HR Functions and to ensure smooth functioning of HR Department Execute and accomplish special projects assigned from time to time.
Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
