Policies : Drives the development, implementation and maintenance of GDC Policies by interacting with relevant managers and HR leadership across GDC to ensure Policies, practices and guidelines are in place that serve to optimise GDC becoming a best-in-class development centre.
Compliance : Supervises company compliance with all existing government and labour legal and government reporting requirements. Acts as monitoring point for employee compliance with CoC.
HRIS : Manages all HRIS related requirements
Manage Onboarding process and ensure the pre-joining and post joining formalities are completed in line with all process requirements.
Manage Exit process and ensure the leaving formalities for employees are completed in line with all process requirements. This includes conducting exit interviews and analysis of outcomes to ensure close monitoring of reasons for attrition and identification of trends.
Analytics and Reporting : Develops and publishes all HR related reporting, benchmarking and dashboards to ensure relevant statistics and monitoring are in place that guide the development of people practices across GDC
