We are hiring HR Manager HR for one of the Fortune 500 company .
The Role & Responsibility: Provides back end coordination to HR for daily transactions, generating reports, hiring and other HR initiatives
Key Accountabilities:
Managing backend work in an employee life cycle
i. Manage daily transactions on offers, transfers, resignations, promotions, and any other status change in timely manner on SAP
ii. Payroll reports & support to the processing team.
iii. Provide & supervise back end and co-ordination support for HR ops activities.
iv. Provide & supervise back end support for joining formalities & system updation.
Record keeping and tracking of data pertaining to HR
i. Generate weekly / monthly MIS for headcount and attrition and any other HR related MIS
ii. Generate early warning system reports based on inputs received from HR business Partner
iii. Headcount / Attrition Reconciliation
Closely get involved in new HR initiatives
i. Provide back end support in employee engagement and Reward & Recognition program
ii. Management of agency staff records/ HRIS data
iii. Manage & co-ordinate PF / Labour Compliance for employees & contract staff
iv. Employee Touch points through skip meetings, huddles etc.

Who Can Apply?
- Post Graduates / Diploma Holders in HR desirable
- Knowledge of working in SAP, Microsoft Office tools and other software is desirable
- At least 4-7 years of experience in the area of HR Ops
