MANDATORY previous responsibilities: HR Processes and Policies, Employee Welfare, Payroll Management, Performance Management (OKRs and Appraisals), Budgets, Vendor Management, Asset Management, IT Management, Events Management, Recruitment and On-Boarding, Statutory compliances, Internships Management

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Should have interviewing, supervisory, team building, problem-solving, basic counseling, negotiating and time management skills.

Negotiate with the recruiters and arrange signing of agreement with us for establishing a permanent relationship
