Taking various initiatives to encourage mutual understanding, cooperation, and trust, we aim to motivate both nations to evolve a new Socio Economic Framework of development that is energy-efficient, environmentally responsible and sustainable through a partnership that will grow organically by utilizing and synergizing their unique strengths. Japan and India will form the foundation for the unity of Asia ,contributing to peace, stability and economic vitality in a rapidly changing world.

Brief Description

- Implement talent Hiring, Management & Retention strategies for ICF

- Develops comprehensive HR roadmap for the ICF

- Drive the talent management & retention charter and HR best practices

Roles and Responsibilities

- Would be responsible for designing and implementing talent management and retention activities for ICF

- Track trends in employees concerns / behavior and proactively address talent issues before they impact organizations

- Calculating Compensation & Benefits Management

- Good knowledge of HR Processes, Policies and Labour laws

- Should continuously support top management Performance management and Succession planning.

- Helping Top management in designing fellowship program for ICF.

Qualifications

- MBA in HR plus relevant work experience of 3-5 years

- Prior Work experience in Social Sector would be a plus

- Strong Presentation Skills

- Strong People Management Skill
