We have an urgent requirement for HR Manager with one of the NBFC in Mumbai,
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Work closely with concerned HR Partners in implementing HR plans for the Business divisions in the zone.
- Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.
- Develop innovative recruitment tools and diversify sourcing base for hiring candidates as per the specified TATs.
- Work along with training team to develop training plan and strategy based on training need assessment.
- Collate and develop goal sheets based on performance targets for all the divisions in the zone.
- Effectively handle Annual Compensation revision & mid - term promotion / revision exercise for the zone.
- Coordinate with HR operation process team for employee query resolution to issues relating to on boarding, payroll, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, exit, etc. for the employees of all the zones.
- Interact with line managers to understand HR issues and handle critical employee grievances.
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)
