- Managing Online Attendance and Leave portal
- Support to Training
- Handle competency mapping assessment
- Responsible for Corporate Governance process and procedure development and implementation
Desired Profile
- Responsible for providing support in the HR functions including Recruitment, Competency Assessment and Corporate Governance
- Support to Training & Development, Performance Management etc.
- Candidate having in-depth knowledge in HR with good command over communication and computer skills is essential
- Should have worked in large scale manufacturing/service industry
- Post Graduate from top university
