About Our Client
Out client is a market leading business in manufacturing of specialty chemicals. They currently have operations across India and are market leaders within the specialty chemicals space. They are currently recruiting a HR Manager to work closely with the Managing Director to help facilitate the next stages in the company's growth.
Job Description
Reporting to the business Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage HR Generalist activities for a 150+ employee base spanning across multiple sites
- Handle the entire gamut of HR activities including recruitment, employee welfare, policy design, compensation & benefits, employee and performance management
- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR policies and ensure adherence to all applicable local legislations for employees
- Collaborate with senior management on building an HR roadmap strategy and philosophy for the entire organization
- Implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various sites and functional teams
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must carry 7 to 10 years of experience as a HR Generalist in an established setup. You have relevant experience in end-to-end HR Operations including employee welfare & legislations, recruitment & retention, compensation and benefits, organizational development, policy development and administration.
