LOOKING FOR A SMART FEMALE HR PROFESSIONAL WITH 6+YRS OF DOMAIN EXP FROM MANUFACTURING/CHEMICAL/ENGINEERING INDUSTRY
Position: Manager - Human Resource (Negotiable as per candidates caliber)
Qualification:
- Any Graduate with Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute of Management (Full time Mandatory**)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 – 8 years (post MBA in HRM), preferably in Chemical, Paint or Engineering Industry, handling Human Resource from recruitment, talent acquisition, Organization development, Training & Development etc.
Location: Mumbai- Ambernath
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing diverse talent. Coordinate the recruitment process (e.g. advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, making recommendations for hire, new employee orientation, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining a highly qualified staff.
2. Induction and Joining Formalities - Conduct structured Induction of all new hires into the business verticals on the first day of joining. Also ensured increased touch-time with the employees by institutionalizing the process of meeting the new hires after 30 and 90 days of joining and thus ensuring smooth transition into the new organization.
3. Confirmation process and Documentation Work with business heads to conduct review meetings for new hires and actively participate in the confirmation process of new hires.
4. Training & Development: Coordinating training and development programs. Identification of training needs and preparation of Annual training calendar. Training In-house and outside training. Exposure to Skill Mapping through Skill Matrix.
5. People Care - First Point of Contact for new incumbents, first level of Orientation and their acclimatization; resolution of their queries. Strong HR networking with all stakeholders. Redressing Employee Grievances.
6. Employee Engagement Responsible for rolling out various employee engagement programs periodically. Act as single point of contact for any employee policy clarifications. Act as facilitator to handle employee grievances and take proactive steps to provide a better working environment for all employees.
7. Performance Management System: Work with all business units to run the annual performance appraisals across locations.
8. MIS - Creation and maintenance of employees personal folder, maintaining data in HRMS, including Company’s web portal and generating various employee status reports for the Business head. Maintaining Personnel Files and a MIS for the employee records. Also, single handedly streamlined the employee records.
9. Conducting exit interview, initiation and ensuring smooth conduct of employees exit process which involves mandatory clearances, full and final settlement and issuance of service letters, collation of Exit data and conducting separation reasons analysis; preparing timely dashboards for Business Unit. Also make tabulation & analysis of Exit interview data.
10. Compensation & benefits Management – Monitoring the latest changes in Compensation structures in similar industry, design compensation policies based on data available through compensation surveys.
