Looking for a HR Professional, who can build the sales team for whole India by participating in motivation system,for an MNC into manufacturing of heating appliances,ventilation etc.
Brief of the JD:
HUMAN RESOURCE
GENERAL:
- Co-ordination and management of workers compensation. Preparation of employee contracts and letters
of offer/rejection
- Plans new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets the management information needs.
RECRUITMENT:
- Source and recruit viable candidates for open positions
- Research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures
PAYROLL AND BENEFIT MANAGEMENT
- End to end processing of company’s payroll.
- Collate information for above, process, produce reports and file. Prepare and remit monthly, quarterly, festive and annual benefit transfers to employee accounts
- Preparation of various payroll related reports
- Implement the Performance Management System and salary administration to ensure effectiveness,
compliance, and equity within organization.
- Providing assistance with Payroll Audit and providing necessary reports and supporting, as deemed fit by
Auditors
Desired Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years Human Resource Management experience
- Education: Master’s in Business Administration in HRM
- Expertise in particular field: Mobilizing the best people and integrating the tools and processes required to meet the needs of the business
- Outstanding communication and written skills.
- Proven skills in people development – coaching and influencing line managers
- Ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment
