1. Manager HR:

- MBA (Full time) with 6-12 years relevant experience in HR Generalist role in manufacturing organisations. The candidate should be well versed with performance management system,Compensation & benefits, Implementing HR policies,payroll,talent aquisition etc.,

Job Profile:

- The incumbent will be responsible for all HR activities including recruitment, reward & PMS management, succession planning, performance management. Will build, implement and manage workforce plans to deliver talent required to achieve the business objectives through recruiting.
