- Responsible for handling the end to End Medical Recruitment Cycle for Middle to Senior Level

- 100%position closure without help from consultants.

- Reducing replacement and hiring cost.

- Well versed with sourcing and scrutinize the profile.

- Shortlisting of the applications received.

- Interviewing and appointing candidates.

- Assisting in preparing recruitment budget.
