Position:- Manager - HR

Company:- US MNC engaged in Manufacturing of Packaging Products and Services.

Location:- Hyderabad ( Banjara Hills)

Exp:- 3-7 Years

Salary :- 11 -13 Lacs Per Annum

Job Description:-

- Should support in Shared Services across all the functions.

- Should be able to generate the reports in Excel

- Employee Management, Employee Engagement and Best employment programs.

- Employee relations, Recruitment and Retention, Learning and Development

- Manpower planning and Recruitment, Productivity, Performance Management and HRIS

- Must have exposure in dealing with Sr management team and convince them for the required support.

- A FULL TIME MBA Only. ( B.Tech + MBA) Preferred.

Should be good on data management/Presentation.

Qualifications/ Experience :

B.Tech + MBA /MHRM / MSW is preferred

Desired profile of the candidate : -

- 3-7 years of experience in Shared Services

Excellent knowledge on HR, Statutes

- Ability to build rapport quickly with Business managers and team members

- Willing to travel across cities
