HR Manager - Learning & Development (only Female) for a MNC Financial Group Company
- Responsible for support in development of program content and facilitating Voice & Accent trainings and behavioral programs
- Responsibilities include participant outreach and logistics, as well as coordinating with participants on event details.
- Use of design principles to choose the right learning intervention to meet the business need
- Design, document and execute end-to-end processes on implementation of learning solutions
- Manage yearly budget plans, track spending, report out, manage reforecasts
- Responsible for updating course and enrollment data in learning management system (LMS) and other related systems.
- Create and run program utilization reports from LMS and calculate ROI of the trainings
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess learner engagement and learning transfer to measure the success of the learning plans
- Assist business heads in evaluating learning requirements and determining appropriate solutions.
- Research internal and external trends, tools, and practices, and recommend appropriate changes.
- Maintain relationships with existing product/service vendors as assigned.
- Act as a team member on various projects and provide administrative and program management support.
- Responsible for creating and managing Assessment Centre and Development Centre
- Ability in competency assessment and development organization wide
