A Multi billion dollars MNC in Bangalore is looking for HR Manager – Learning and Development (L&D)
- Identify training needs job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation
- Identify internal faculty. Work on course content, training presentations and deliver training
- Develop annual training and development plan for all identified 'essential skills', Roll out training calendar. Schedule training and manage training infrastructure.
- Work on Learning Management system software implementation and ensure smooth roll out of the same
- Using LMS to create training activities, send meeting requests and maintaining training rosters
- Evaluate training programs. Monitor and review the progress of trainees
- Understand and apply where beneficial, E learning
- Design, develop and deliver internal training programs
- Ensuring annual competency mapping exercise
- Analysing the competency gaps and arrive at methodologies to close the gaps identified through competency mapping
- Updating competency mapped JD's for new roles
- Conduct quality audits on annual reviews
- Use appraisal data for promotions, transfers, separation and rewarding purposes.
- Assisting in the annual Talent Management review and Career Development Planning activity
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare individual's exit reports for Senior Management
- Monthly exit analysis and attrion related metrics
