Group Purpose, Values and Culture - creating and upholding the values and culture of Group, embedding Group Purpose into the DNA of the organization, integrating in organizational and people processes
Holistic Wellbeing - Wellbeing of employees and their families is at the very core of our ways of working. OE team works with Businesses in implementing holistic wellbeing framework of the Group - physical, emotional, financial and social. Also, including elements of giving back to society and scholarships run by the team
Diversity - is again at the core of conglomerate working. Over last few years, significant strides have been made in gender diversity, the focus for next few years will be to build an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. And going beyond gender diversity to different other forms of diversity, including thinking and styles of working
Continuous Employee listening and connect - through integrated and various forms, drawing insights, analytics from different tools and org context and taking actions - either directly or through the Businesses. Engaging and ongoing employee connect is one of the key focus areas of OE
Enabling change through tools, influencing and guidance - understanding the org context, diagnosing the challenge and working through solutions, design interventions, pilot and large scale roll out
Bringing futuristic knowledge, solutions and tools - OE has to be futuristic in its approach, preparing the Group for future. Hence, it has to continuously look out for changes / trends in the ecosystem, analyzing the implications for the Group, develop a point of view and develop pilot solutions / approaches
