Job Description - Reporting to the Head of L &D your primary responsibilities will be:
- You will work closely with the different teams spanning hierarchies across the India businesses to understand the skills, developmental needs and come up with solutions to address these requirements
- You will maintain a training calendar working in close collaboration with employees, management, vendors and facilities department
- You will coordinate and work closely with external vendors and subject matter experts in developing solutions which target the gaps identified
- You will be in-charge of developing, implementing training curriculum across the region
- You will implement the learning program and also identify its impact , ROI and also assess possible areas of improvement
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG (Food and Beverages) sector. An MBA from a tier I institute is mandatory. Hands-on experience carrying out assessment centres, needs assessment, liaising with external vendors, impact and ROI analysis is essential. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across levels and projects in a global environment.
