HR Manager

Opportunity is with a leading KPO based out of New Mumbai.

- Incumbent would be responsible for Core HR activities like employee engagement activities through HR BU partners, Career planning initiatives, leadership development initiative.

- Over all experience of about 6 -8 yrs with at least 2 yrs experience in handling Performance management system and Career planning initiatives.

- Should have exposure to competency framework and familiarity with HRMS online tools.
