Positions Reports to - Director - HR
Budget - 25.00 Lacs
Main Objective of the Role
- Acts as an expert in all areas of Performance and Reward, supporting HR Managers and Functional Management teams in India
- Manages the salary reviews and annual incentive plan for India operation in agreement and accordance with the Corporate Performance & Reward Team ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity
- Total responsibility for salary surveys to ensure relevant market benchmarking and consistency of application. This will include closely cooperating and managing the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
- Supports the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job levels. etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the values
- Oversees administration and efficacy of the performance management process.
- Responsible for proposing, implementing and leading the overall Reward strategy.
- Advises, trains and guides managers on policy / process related matters covering various aspects for which he/she is responsible such as compensation, performance management, reward & recognition,
- Initiates and project manages complex performance & reward projects
Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills
Required Education
- MBA [ Human Resources ]
Experience :
- 7 – 11 Yrs
