We are looking for a Manager - HR for their Gurgaon set up. The profile would be as below:
Title: HR Manager
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management and 10+ year's experience, including 4-5 years managing the entire HR function in a medium IT company.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the entire gambit of HR function for multiple geographies.
- Employee benefits, Compensation planning and bench marking
- Employee retention and Attrition management
- HR Business Partnering and interaction with business unit managers and acting as an advisor in all employee issues, including man power planning and resource management
- Creation and updating of HR policies and processes, HR Manual Appraisals, Performance Management, and Career progressions and promotional policies
- Employee Engagement Programs and fun at work activities Information Management, news and bulletins
- Employee Grievance handling and Redressal methodologies.
- Organization & Employee Development and L& D initiatives
- Employee Exits and separations management
- HR Operations, employee records and data management
- Working with senior management to devise methodologies to improve organizational climate, employee morale and productivity
Location: Gurgaon. Local candidates from Gurgaon with all transport preferred.
Salary: Attractive salary, at par with market standards, approx rage of 12-15 lac per annum
The client is a 5 days (24- 7) working company in Gurgaon. The person should be flexible to work in EST/IST hours.
