We are looking for Manager HR for one of the leading infrastructure Company·

Experience - 5 to 10 years (From Reputed Infrastructure Company)

Designation - HR Manager - Recruitment & Operation

Qualification - MBA HR - Full Time

Location - Gurgaon

CTC - Upto - 8.00 L.P.A

Job Responsibilities:

- Time bound recruitments for various verticals, devising compensation structure and processing formal documentation.

- Coordinating with Directors / Associate Directors of various verticals and preparing man power requirement and resource allocation schedules.

- Behavioral assessment and hitting on need of candidate to keep job satisfaction in tandem.

- Performance Management: - Getting confirmation appraisals closed for all Band 5 employees, issuing Confirmation Letters, Extension of Probation Letters & maintaining performance records

- Induction :- Drawing up and organizing the Induction & Orientation program for new hires in coordination with all functions at the corporate & branch offices & factories.

- Employee Services:- Issuing Relieving & Confirmation Letters, maintaining Resignation & Confirmation Database, , maintenance of Employee Files

- Campus Recruitments: Coordinating and conducting Campus recruitment program for Summer & Management trainees from B Schools. Liasoning with institutes for best slots, process coordination etc - pre-screening of resumes, pre placement presentations etc. Coordination for visiting panel for campus recruitment.
