HRBP - Law firm - 8-10 years - Bangalore
Our client, one of the reputed law firms is looking to hire a candidate with 7-8 years of experience as Asst HR Manager for their Bangalore office. Preferred candidates from law firms or Big 4's, Consulting firms, KPO's.
Job Description :
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, grievance handling and employee separation
- Support the HR COE teams for payroll, attendance, performance management
- Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance processes
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate locational employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis
- Inter departmental co-ordinations & communication
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
- Partner with HODs and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
- Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
Requirements :
- Atleast a Master's degree in HR.
- Minimum 7 years of prior Business HR experience
- Individual contributor using in-depth HR knowledge to execute entire gamut of HR processes as an independent stakeholder & if required challenge traditional solutions with new ideas.
- Excellent decision making & analytical skills
- Strong verbal & non-verbal communication
- Ability to take quick decision while working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience with MS office
