Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing diverse talent. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Track the attrition ratio and develop new strategy for reducing same.
Induction and Joining Formalities :
- Conduct structured Induction of all new hires at the airport, Also ensured increased touch-time with the employees by institutionalizing the process of meeting the new hires after 30 and 90 days of joining and thus ensuring smooth transition into the new organization. Prepare a standard induction process and joining docket for the new joiners.
Confirmation process and Documentation :
- Work with business heads to conduct review meetings for new hires and actively participate in the confirmation process of new hires.
- This process includes participating in the confirmation presentation by the new hires, obtain feedback from the reporting manager and complete all documentation for confirmation/extension of the probationer. (Manual & Automated)
People Care :
- First Point of Contact for all employees at the airport., first level of Orientation and their acclimatization; resolution of their queries. Strong HR networking with all support departments. Redressing Employee Grievances.
Payroll Management :
- Managing the accurate & timely processing of payroll for workforces. Keeping a track of weekly attendance from Operation/Production, checking it from LPO.
Employee Relations & Engagement :
- Responsible for rolling out various employee engagement programs periodically. Along with arrangement of bonding exercises, to address grievances etc.
- Act as single point of contact for any employee policy clarifications. act as facilitator to handle employee grievances and take proactive steps to provide a better working environment for all employees at the airport.
Performance Management System :
- Work with Operation, Production and support team to run the annual performance appraisals for Mumbai airport. Proactively conduct performance management awareness demos for all employees at airport
MIS :
- Creation and maintenance of employee's personal folder, maintaining data in HR Portals and generating various employee status reports for the Business head. Maintaining Personnel Files and an MIS for the employee records. Also, single handedly streamlined the employee records.
Separation Formalities :
- Engaging in first round of discussion with employee; conducting exit interview, initiation and ensuring smooth conduct of employee's exit process which involves mandatory clearances, full and final settlement and issuance of service letters, collation of Exit data and conducting separation reasons analysis; preparing timely dashboards for Business Unit. Also taking care of the involuntary Separation cases on case to case basis in the most sensitive manner.
Key Skills :
