About our Client - Our client is a prominent banking institution with an extensive international network. They are setting up operations in India.
Job Description - You will be responsible for Setting up the HR team for India
- Driving the recruitment process at all levels, including middle and senior management and line manager positions
- Liaising with the global HR team and ensuring that the practices are in line with company policies
- Setting up training programmes as and when required, to ensure employee development and as a part of retention strategy
- Maintaining recruiting budgets/ forecasts and monitoring training expenses
The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 10 years experience, with exposure to all functions in HR, with awareness about the financial products industry. Experience within Insurance, Banking, Hedge Funds or Securities firms is required. You will need to understand the business and cooperate with traders, line managers, directors and CEOs.
