Location-Chennai, Exp 6-10 yrs, Premium B School Graduates

- Training & Development

- Employee Communications

DESIRED PROFILE:

- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

- Experience : 6 to 10 Years of HR Generalist experience

- Strong project management skills

- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.

- Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.

- Good communication skills.

- Resourceful and well organized.

- Go getter attititude, initiative taker

- Participative management style—advocate of team concept.

- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but be able to recognize and support the organization's
preferences and priorities.
