Job Responsibilities include :
At least 40-50% experience should be into corporate talent acquisition, other generalist activities include :
- Compensation Structure and Employee Benefits
- Recruitment and On-boarding
- Performance and Appraisal System
- Liaison across the various business divisions to ensure effective HR operations
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Corporate Relations related to Human Resources
- Overseeing an effective career and succession planning process for employees Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Characteristics and Qualifications :
- Effective & Smart Communicator
- Experience in working with good brands.
- High ownership
- Should be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- The desired candidate should be degree educated in a discipline such as human resources along from top tier college with a minimum of 4 years experience.
- The ideal candidate would possess a working knowledge of modern methods and techniques in human resource administration and the ability to deal tactfully with employees.
- The individual should have excellent people management ability with demonstrated interviewing and coaching skills.
- The individual should be detail oriented, self-confident, possess the ability to work independently and provide good public speaking and communication skills.
- S/he must possess high energy levels and have the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- S/he must have managed a team of HR professionals
