LOCATION: Mumbai / Pune

CTC: 7 - 8 LPA

Snapshot:

1. Responsible for end to end Recruitment.

2. Managing Field hiring as well as working with line managers and vendors for direct recruit hiring.

3. Compliance to induction schedule.

4. Performance Management – ensure adherence to timelines, complete documentation and follow up.

5. Manage statutory compliance, build relationship with statutory bodies.

6. Reward and Recognition.

7. Capability Building and staff.

8. Engagement, executing the plans that have been formalized.
