HR Manager for a Leading FMCG Company

JOB TITLE: HR Manager for a Leading FMCG Company.

JOB LOCATION: Bangalore

Reports to: General Manager HR

Function: HR

Main purpose of job:

The HR Manager will partner with the IT Service teams in this Centre. This currently comprises approximately 300+ employees with a projected growth of almost double this number over the next two years.

Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for creation and activation of the Human Resources plan

- Provides input into the Talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and diversity metrics, etc)

- Implements and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business. This is a crucial part of the role in the ramp-up phase – it involves ramp-up of the centre numbers by migrating activities (and people) into the India Centre

- Works with HR colleagues from Expertise Teams to deliver HR interventions within the business (training, induction etc)

- Monitors the Human Resources/ Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR lifecycle.

- Works with the key stakeholders to build and implement a comprehensive employee engagement plan

- Monitors and addresses legal compliance issues to by ensure that the organisation complies with local and national laws

- Interfaces with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business - monitors Quality and timeliness of service provision

- Has financial and budgetary responsibility for HR in the Centre

- Provides leadership to a team.

Experience & Qualification Required:

- MBA – HR from a Tier 1 -premier institute. Batch 2006-2007-2008

- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Systems and Processes

- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
