HR Manager - FMCG/Mfg - XLRI/TISS

EXECUTIVE HIRING is looking for HR MANAGER- T & D for a FMCG MAJOR. LOCATION – KOLKATA.

The candidate should be from Premiere B Schools such as XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM & MDI. Should have 4-6 years experience (2006 – 2008 BATCH ).

- The purpose of the role is to formulate T & D strategy and devise T & D initiatives, that ensure the achievement of Business needs and objectives.

- The candidates should be preferably from FMCG or Manufacturing background.
