Executive Hiring looking for a HR Manager based in Kolkata.

Diversity Talent, with a Post Grad in PMIR/HR from XL/TISS/SCMHRD/SIBM/MDI with 6-8 years of experience in the Field of TM&D & OD in an FMCG /Consulting/ Telecom / Consumer Tech of repute.

The Role -

The incumbent will anchor Organization Design & Productivity initiatives for the organization.

She will also anchor Career and Succession Planning systems for senior leaders in the organization. 

The Key Responsibility Areas would include:

(1) Institutionalizing Organization Design and Productivity studies across businesses

(2) Conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate organizational effectiveness.

(3) Strengthening career and succession planning systems and processes

(4) Ensuring integration of the above processes with the capability building plans.

(5) Multiple interventions in Talent Management
