HR Manager
We have an urgent requirement for an HR Manager position with leading name in Startup Companies. He/She will play a critical role in owning the entire Employee Life Cycle, right from planning to execution. The position is open for the Mumbai location.
The Role & Responsibilities of the position would include :
- Prepare and implement HR Policies.
- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle within set timelines.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process through Job Portals, Mailers, professional sites, networking, headhunting, Employee References, and Data Bank
- Screening Resume, Interviewing Candidates, Selection, Verification Process, Reference Checks
- Preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, and Appraisal Letter
- Joining formalities to new joiners. Filling the Vacancies in time with a suitable position
- Employee orientation, development, and training schedule
- Look after and develop ways of employee engagement.
- To conduct external and internal training
- Payroll, Time Keeping, Salary & Wages, F&F Settlement
- Handling Employee Grievances
- Lead the process of the performance appraisal system.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system, assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Liaison with all the government officials like PF officers, ESIC, S&E, etc.
