We are hiring for HR Manager - ER with a leading Banking industry.  Employee Relations :  - Manage all grievance cases in line with the Bank's Grievance procedure, advise BU/SU & respective BizHR with respect to relevant processes, formats & correspondence  - Manage all disciplinary cases in line with Bank's Disciplinary Terms of Reference at group, country & BU/SU level.  - Manage any cases under Bank's Prevention of Sexual harassment of Women at workplace Guidelines & ensure that regulations are being adhered to while managing such cases & relevant reporting- s  - Review all ER policies, procedures in line with regulations & group directives  - Assist VP - Human Resources in drive ER, Risk & Disciplinary culture within the Bank  - Coordinate for Bank's Grievance Redressal Committee, Disciplinary Committee at country & Unit Level, Committee against Sexual Harassment (CASH)  Regulatory & Statutory Compliance :  - Ensure all regulatory returns like RBI - Risk based Supervision, any other related returns under Company Act under WOS (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) scenario  - Ensure all statutory compliance & returns like Shops & Establishment Compliances, Gratuity & other Labour law related compliances, Provident Fund & Employment Exchange and all statutory returns (establishment compliances) are timely complied with 100% accuracy   - Partner with the Compliance vendor and ensure that regulatory payments are deposited on time and the challans are on place   ER MIS Reporting & Life Cycle Management :  - Employee Relations, PF, Gratuity, Regulatory and compliance dashboard   - Ensure Staff personal files have all the relevant documents with respect to Employee Relations like disciplinary, grievance documents and perform regular audits   Corporate cultural awareness :  - Ensure employee are aware about corporate culture   - Enable communication and other tools for awareness.  Min 5-6 years of Employee Relations experience, preferably with a Multinational bank or financial institution into end to end Employee Relations activities, Regulatory (RBI & Establishment compliances)
