Role: HR Manager - Employee Engagement - Telecom
Reports to: HR Head
Key responsible areas:
1. Employee Engagement - Leadership connect/ Skip level meeting/ Gallup survey/Induction/ On-boarding /Attrition Management/ Employee connect programs/ Welfare
2. Operation - MIS/SAP updation/ File management/Analysis
3. Statutory - Associate Management/ Statutory filings/ Audits/ Liasoning with Govt bodies.
Essential Attributes:
- Good Knowledge on Human Resources Management.
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Employee Relationship
- Analytical
- Statutory Knowledge.
Education:MBA(HR)
Experience in similar profile Manufacturing/ Service/ Banking/Telecom/FMCG/IT Industries.
Salary: Upto 13.5 Lakhs CTC
