Job Role
Updating Employee database, attendance records, internal information boards,leave balance for all the employees on a monthly basis.
Pre and post joining formalities to be complied.
Preparing HR & Admin MIS Report.
Looking after the Statutory Compliance quarterly & yearly basis.
Preparing offer letters, experience letters & relieving letters.
Organizing induction and training sessions to newly appointed associates as and when required.
Handling Employee Referrals and Reference checks.
As informed by the seniors and assisting them to Identifying training needs for the employees through performance appraisals and coordinating with Training Boards for conducting Training sessions.
Conducting post-training evaluations to ensure that the correct needs have been identified.
Organizing Pre employment health check-up & Annual Health Check up for the employees.
